Do Spanish citizens use a DNI for an Egypt eVisa?

This application needs an ordinary passport biodata page. Do not enter a DNI, NIE or residence-card number as the passport number. Confirm any unusual document situation before starting.

Should I include both Spanish surnames?

Include the surname as presented in the passport's surname field and follow the form's spelling instructions. A shortened booking or payment-card name should not override the travel document.

Does landing in Cairo and leaving from Hurghada require Multiple Entry?

Not by itself. Different airports within Egypt do not create a second international entry. Review Multiple Entry only if the planned journey leaves Egypt and then returns.
