Can Polish citizens apply for an Egypt eVisa?
Polish ordinary passport holders can use the tourist Egypt eVisa option described in Poland's official travel information. A charter package does not remove the need to check the traveller's own passport and visa. The entry choice should follow international border crossings, not hotel changes or domestic excursions.
A Polish package booking is not a passport check
Before applying, ask what the package actually includes: accommodation and flights, a visa service, or only advice about obtaining a visa separately. Do not pay twice for the same assistance without understanding the booking. Poland's government travel page is a useful independent reference for entry planning. A family travelling on different passports needs separate nationality checks even if one Polish organiser sells all the tickets. Use the passport intended for Egyptian entry throughout the application.
Katowice charter to Marsa Alam with a resort transfer
In a sample Marsa Alam holiday, the airport, resort brand and nearby town may have different names. Record the first accommodation's real address rather than treating the airport code as a hotel address. A long road transfer after landing is still the same entry into Egypt. If the operator substitutes Hurghada as the arrival airport, review the actual local arrival date and revised transfer voucher. Domestic sightseeing or a change of hotel does not in itself require a multiple-entry product.
Ferie zimowe and May-break bookings
For a winter school break or a May holiday, collect each passport image before the last round of vouchers arrives. Polish regional school calendars differ, so base the deadline on your confirmed flight. If the organiser revises the charter timing, check whether arrival crosses midnight. Keep a correction margin beyond the service's stated seven days.
Example: Polish letters and an operator's abbreviated name
Suppose a passport contains Łukasz and a tour voucher displays LUKASZ. Follow the passport and the form's character instructions rather than changing names from memory. Check all requested given names and both sides of a compound surname. Use a full biodata-page image, not a screenshot cropped around the photograph. A scan that hides the MRZ makes it harder to compare the identity read automatically with the actual passport. Review the result before moving on to payment.

A check before applying with a Polish passport
Keep the tour operator's confirmation and this website's application reference distinct. An operator's reservation number is not an Egyptian visa approval. For family records, label files clearly enough that a child's scan cannot be attached to a parent's name.
Prepare your application and travel file
- Check the route first. Use the ordinary passport you will carry. The official Egyptian portal lists passport validity of at least six months from arrival. Resolve any nationality-specific conditions before payment.
- Prepare a readable biodata page. This form accepts JPG or PNG, up to 500 KB. Keep all edges and the machine-readable lines visible. Manually verify automatically read names, numbers and dates.
- Keep dates and addresses consistent. Have your actual Egyptian arrival date, intended departure, itinerary, accommodation address and contact email ready. The form advances between completed sections automatically; review the answers before submitting.
- Review the entry product and total. Single Entry is $59 and Multiple Entry is $149 through this service. The stated processing estimate is 7 days. An application receipt is not an approved visa.
- Check the issued permission. Save the approval, verify its identity and travel conditions, and print the eVisa. Carry the itinerary and accommodation or other supporting documents appropriate to the visit, as the official portal instructs.
Already applied? Check your application status. For changes to an existing request, use your reference when contacting Egypt eVisa Online; do not start a duplicate application merely to correct a question.
Questions from Polish passport holders
Does a Polish charter package automatically include my Egypt visa?
Check the booking terms. Flights and hotel accommodation do not by themselves prove that visa preparation or payment is included. Ask the organiser what it provides before buying another service.
What if my Polish tour voucher changes the Egyptian arrival airport?
Review the revised itinerary, first accommodation and local arrival date. Retain the updated voucher. A domestic transfer from a different airport does not automatically create another international entry.
Should I use the spelling from the passport or the Polish booking site?
Use the passport identity and follow the form's character rules. A booking-site abbreviation or transliteration should be checked for consistency, not silently substituted for the passport details.
